Antoinette Marshall educates and counsels business owners and medium to high net worth individuals on transactional planning, estate and tax planning, wealth planning, asset protection and asset transfer strategies. Ms. Marshall assists in providing a roadmap for the individual, business owner and business in the minimization of taxes, the structuring of the family business for succession planning and developing exit strategies for the business owner in a tax advantaged manner. She has worked several years as a Senior Tax Consultant for a large company providing U.S. strategic tax planning primarily to identify ways to minimize taxable income, reducing marginal tax rates, qualify for available tax credits and defer and/or control the timing of when taxes are due for companies in a variety of businesses nationwide.
Ms. Marshall has also worked as an estate planning attorney for a Nevada law firm and as a Vice-President Senior Wealth Planner for Wells Fargo’s Private Bank. She has several years experience as a consultant/accountant for a large insurance company working with medium to large businesses to quantify and measure damages for economic claims and losses.
Ms. Marshall is a member of the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association – Taxation Section.
